A room reservation request form must be submitted and approved for the use of our spaces for an event. If you would like to reserve a room, you can:

-CLICK HERE to download the form. Once completed, you can email to either Lily Vaughn or Tamara Prendergast or drop it off at the Parish Office.  


WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL AT YOUR EVENT?
If alcohol will be served at the function, an Events Serving Alcohol Checklist form must be submitted in addition to the room reservation form. CLICK HERE for the form.
